Please be aware that by attending events hosted by the River Falls Chamber of Commerce & Tourism Bureau (including events organized under the name Experience River Falls), you acknowledge and agree that photographs, videos, and other media may be taken of you and other attendees.
By participating in these events, you grant the River Falls Chamber of Commerce & Tourism Bureau the right to use your image, likeness, voice, and any statements made by you in any photographs, videos, or other media captured at the event. You understand and agree that you will not receive any compensation for the use of your image, likeness, voice, or statements.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please make your presence known to event staff upon arrival. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, please be aware that photography and videography may occur in public areas of the event.
